Five bedrooms and four-and-one-half baths comprise this luxury oceanfront beach house that sleeps 12. Make yourself at home in the master suite of The Mermaid where a king-size bed will help you slumber peacefully all winter long. With four additional bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room there is plenty of space to host your golf foursome and their spouses for a weekend and the whole family for Christmas week and your neighbors back home for New Years.

The Mermaid is designed to keep guests in lavish comfort. When there is a big crowd staying at this winter rental, everyone can spread out and enjoy the eight flat-screen televisions and accompanying DVD players. Wireless Internet access is available throughout The Mermaid and there is a washing machine and clothes dryer in this winter rental, just like at home.  And there are stainless steel appliances in the fully furnished kitchen when you prefer to prepare your meals indoors.
