This home is located right on the beach in a quiet, serene area of North Myrtle Beach. We had 7 preteens/teens with us, and being on the beach provided lots to do, playing volleyball, digging holes to bury each other in, looking for shark teeth, going into the water and generally just laying out and sunbathing. The house had so much room, with enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. There was lots of space to cook together in the kitchen, and room for everyone to sit for dinner (we had 8 adults and 7 teens). There is a second fridge in the storage shed in the lower area, where the adults kept their beverages ;). With it being the middle of March, we didn't heat the pool, but it looked really nice .
My large family rented for a week in this big, beautiful home with a private pool and 1-minute walk to beach. The house was exactly as listed. We appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism of Elliot Realty and had an amazing stay knowing they would take care of us at all times. The pool was clean and had a lot of floaties available. The deck and patio had plenty of seating and looked updated. The propane for the grill was full and ready to use. There were plenty of stores/restaurants a 5 minute drive away, and even more attractions about 10 minutes away. Lots of outlets for plugging in, bright rooms, amazing beach views, extra pillows and blankets in every closet. Laundry worked well and good water pressure. It was really great. We know Elliot Realty would have sent a cleaner when some surface cleanliness issues came up, but we were all too settled in by then to follow up. Despite this small hiccup, it was still a 5-star experience!
This place is amazing, we wish cleaning supplies and paper products were included in our stay.
