This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
You would love to escape old man winter with a vacation in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. You have to find a beach house that accommodates everyone, including visits from the family and friends. Channel Your Inner Beach offers special winter rental rates that will make it easy for you to plan an extended North Myrtle Beach vacation. Located on a Cherry Grove channel with a fenced in back yard, this four-bedroom, the two-bath house offers plenty of space.
Channel living is great for kayaking and enjoying the North Myrtle Beach wildlife up close and personal. Imagine waking up in the master bedroom to a lovely water view at your winter rental. Or how about morning coffee on the balcony, facing the channel where you can watch the water birds in the tangy South Carolina breeze? It’s the perfect place for a photographer, or perhaps you might pull out your paint box to capture the natural beauty.
The well-equipped kitchen in your winter rental has two refrigerators to accommodate your guests, and the appliances are stainless steel. There are oodles of restaurants in this South Carolina playground, but sometimes you just want to eat in. In addition, you will have a convenient washer and dryer at Channel Your Inner Beach.
For rainy afternoons or movie nights, how about flatscreen TVs, DVD players, and Bluray? WIFI means you can send photos home to snowbound friends and peruse the exciting vacation attractions as well. This was our 5th year vacationing at this very same house since 2019, the first year the current backyard with pool/hot tub were installed by the previous owners. We instantly fell in love with this house and its location the first year we stayed in Cherry Grove, and it very well accommodates our family of 8, this year with our first grandchild at 9-months old. We've already booked for the same week in 2025. The new owners have taken appropriate steps to mitigate the occasional high tide/storm flooding by raising ground level appliances (frig, washer, dryer) and pool filter equipment up on wooden platforms. However, both bathrooms need substantial upgrades, and sticking noisy doors should also be addressed, PLEASE?
Where do I start? First, 5 Stars! The location is perfect in our favorite Cherry Grove Beach with the channel on two sides. We always love watching nature “happen” as it does with the changing tides. Crabbing, fishing, kayaking is right at the dock and The Point” is an absolutely gorgeous place to see at the end of this channel. The home is just as pretty as the pictures show.. All and more is how I best describe it:) Updated beautifully and very spacious. Love, love that kitchen. The sunroom and the views are mesmerizing. The outdoor furniture is plentiful and very high quality and so pleased at all the outdoor opportunities for a group of four to seventy! Beautifully landscaped and fun! The grill, hot tub and pool fabulous!
