The house was great! Exactly what we needed. The only issue we had was with the elevator not working properly but the steps were fine. Would recommend for any large group looking to be ocean front in the same unit.

I loved it and I definitely plan to book again

We loved the rental. Had a lot of family for a reunion and it was perfect. Everyone fit comfortably. The kitchen and amount of dining space was amazing! HUGE kitchen and a lot of sitting areas to fit a lot of people. The balconies were beautiful, great views of the beach and quick access. Pool isn't heated so since we were there in Jan. weren't able to use but was clean looking. My only complaint was there were a lot of big fans but weren't able to turn them on. Overall GREAT place for large amount of people and lots of sleeping areas.

House is cool. Love the ocean front. Cleanliness is great except the fact that we have to make our own beds. The door for elevator gets stuck sometimes. 

Have rented through Elliott many times through the years. As usual, our most recent experience was excellent. The accommodations were as advertised and the Elliott staff was great to work with - professional, efficient, courteous and readily available. Our Oceanfront rental at Avista was perfect. It is a great resort - oceanfront, abundant pools and hot tubs and easy walk to the shops and restaurants in the horseshoe section of Ocean Drive.

The bones of this house is perfect for my family. We stayed here about seven years ago and we loved it. This time around, we had some issues with the house. I was upset at first, but Melissa has contacted me and made things right! This house is perfect for a large family. There’s so many bedrooms big tables to eat dinners together. You’re right on the beach there’s a pool there’s parking there’s enough bathrooms enough refrigerators.. Melissa is aware of the issues and is addressing them with owner,. so hopefully, we can come back to this place next year with my cousins and siblings.

I have worked with several companies at the beach over the years and Elliott takes personal interest in their customers needs and have a vast inventory of properties to choose from.

We had a good stay!

Property was in a great location right on the ocean. Ample balconies on top 3 floors to watch the dolphins during morning coffee. 7 bedrooms were split: 1on kitchen floor, 4 on sleeping floor and 2 on top floor. All had clean bathrooms. Note: stairs are a spiral staircase which is fine and elevator for moving things in and out. It was a good value for the money considering the location and space. If you want Ritz Carlton accommodations this is not your spot. If you have a big group where people like to socialize right on the beach this the place for you.

Overall the property was nice!

Great location with outstanding views, every bedroom had a bathroom and a family room separate from the living room with a refrigerator and dishwasher! Thanks Elliott!
