We are happy and will definitely come back. Love the layout and amenities. A new basic coffee maker, hair dryer, and a courtesy roll of toilet paper would be nice.
We had an excellent stay at this beautiful, roomy condo for our family of 7. The views from this unit are breathtaking and the unit's kitchen is well stocked to cook full meals. The beds are comfortable and the unit was clean. The location is near the fishing pier and is a great location overall. We will stay again!

Great experience this time! Everything was clean and smelled clean upon our arrival. We loved our unit Xanadu ll 501. It was a super nice unit and worked great for our family! Loved the views of the ocean both inside and outside. I hope to stay here again and would love to be able to contact the owners. Great week, great stay!!!
The condo was amazing. I know it was beyond your control but we had a hard time with the sand dunes being built up so tall that it was a hard task to get to the beach. Not sure why some condo buildings had them cleared and we didn’t.
We agree with the other reviews – this is a great condo and location. The balcony was great to sit and have the morning coffee or evening tea and listen to the waves roll in. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for us on this trip – it was cold and rainy. But the condo was spacious enough and we were able to play games and watch some movies. We appreciated that it was beach-front and we could walk the beach when the rain stopped! The condo was clean and though we didn’t use them we saw the sand toys and boogie boards in the closet – I’m sure kids will enjoy playing with them during their stays! We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this place again. Thank you for providing a wonderful spot!
What an awesome location! Being right on the beach, with private access, made it easy to enjoy the ocean every day. We took great sunrise pictures, while having morning coffee on the balcony - which provided a full view of the ocean. The inside space, with 3 bedrooms & bathrooms, was just right for our family. The kitchen was well organized, too. I was glad to have a shaded parking spot. And, everything we needed was nearby, making a quick run to the supermarket easy. This was a great place for a memorable vacation.
This was a perfect place for our family of 6. It was fresh and clean. There were sand toys, and boogie boards in closet. A full kitchen was perfect for lunches during a break from the ocean and meals at night. The washer ans dryer in the u it was perfect to not have to bring so many clothes! This was the perfect family getaway spot!! We will certainly be back!
