The Condo Xanadu 2 room 304 was wonderful. Very clean. Great view of the ocean. Check in with Elliott's rentals is always smooth.
This was our 3rd 2 week stay in Xanadu ll 304. Really like the layout of the condo, and the ocean views from the living room, kitchen and MBR. Love the L shaped balcony and new porch furniture. In Oct. - Nov. you can see both a sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Very comfortable condo and MBR bed is comfy. Kitchen is very well equipped. Always seems clean and even the laundry room is neat n clean. My wife really enjoys the double love seat chair in the LR to lay and read. Wifi and TVs work well, LR TV is quite fancy with lots of options. Always enjoy our stays at this condo. Also enjoy our two favorite restaurants, Hoskins and The Shack. Always a good stary at Cherry Grove and this condo.
My late husband and I stayed here in 2017, that was our last vacation together, he passed away in 2019 The memories I have with this unit will never fade. I thank you for opening up your home to me on our anniversary and on my birthday which is the date I departed to go home. I loved the feeling of knowing he was with me during my stay and it made it more of a time away from everyday ciaos.

Walking in for the first time we felt right at home. The furniture, layout can't make you feel more comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, and detail labels so you don't have double think. The the unit has views of the beach everywhere you look...as this what we really loved. Hoping to stay again next summer!!!

We have had a wonderful week of relaxation with our friends in this beautiful & fully stocked condo. We hate to leave. The access to the beach was perfect & we really enjoyed watching the sunrise while enjoying our coffee on the balcony.I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a pleasant getaway. Elliott Reality was very easy to work with.
