This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Tastefully decorated, Windy "C" B is an oceanfront duplex featuring a fully-equipped kitchen with an extra-large refrigerator. There is a large dining table at Windy "C" B and you will love the spacious and private oceanfront balcony and beachside sundeck. Mild winter temperatures will tempt you to enjoy every meal outdoors.
Inside the beach house, all the modern conveniences of home are included. Cook dinner in the full kitchen where you will find a microwave and full-size appliances, including a dishwasher. A washing machine and clothes dryer at Windy "C" B make tackling laundry much easier.
Ideally located in the Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach, Windy "C" B affords your family more opportunity for recreational activity. From this oceanfront duplex, it is only steps to the beach. Toss on a light jacket and go for a stroll along the shore. Plus, Myrtle Beach attractions are only minutes away from Windy "C" B, a non-smoking beach house within minutes of championship golf courses, shopping, dining and live theatre entertainment.
