Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Winters need not be cold and dreary because you can spend the winter months in North Myrtle Beach, SC at a beach house that is more than accommodating for a large family. Reserve One Happy Place for December, January and February and see if you do not have a change in opinion of the coldest months of the year. One Happy Place is a winter respite. This oceanfront beach house is large, beautiful and amazing. Enjoy golf every day on one of the numerous golf courses in the North Myrtle Beach area. Drink coffee while gazing out at the East Coast sunrise. Walk the beach and comb the sand for shell souvenirs. Live luxuriously, peacefully and relaxingly. And then invite your friends and family.

One Happy Place is too terrific not to share with others. This oceanfront beach house begs for large crowds and holiday festivities. There are seven bedrooms and one of them is an inviting bunk room that all the grandkids and cousins will adore. The other bedrooms in this oceanfront winter rental can sleep guests comfortably. Imagine Christmas in these accommodations!

The amenities in One Happy Place are as comfortable and convenient as home. Flat-screen TVs allow the whole gang to spread out and catch their favorite shows. WIFI access is available for those who spend winter in One Happy Place. And there is also a washer and dryer to use during your time away from home.

Luxury living this winter might turn into a habit after experiencing it once. The summertime crowds are gone and only locals remain, playing golf and enjoying oyster roasts. Winter is a wonderful time of year to explore the area and see the sights without the lines and traffic.
