The unit is very clean. The front door is damaged. It is not securely hinged.

We come every winter and stay a few months we enjoyed this condo
The unit was comfortable and nice but it could use Refrigerator and stove updated. The main bedroom could use a Dresser for more storage and a mirror and more lights.
