This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Juliet is an oceanfront beach vacation rental that sleeps 30 people. Eight bedrooms and eight-and-one-half bathrooms ensure that all your guests will find some rest and relaxation along with some privacy during a beach retreat to this rental. Juliet is a 6,000-square-foot winter vacation rental that boasts a hot tub, easy access to the beaches and all the amenities and conveniences you want on vacation.

Juliet is a large winter rental that is luxuriously furnished. Whether your group of guests wants to relax in front of one of the 11 flat-screen televisions or they want to gather together in the 10-seat theatre room for a movie on the 135-inch projector screen, there are relaxation options at Juliet. There is also a game room with a pool table and shuffleboard table. You can find XBOX 360 in this winter rental along with wireless Internet access. When it comes to happy hour in this winter retreat you can serve cocktails from the wet bar that includes a wine cooler and ice maker. When it comes to serving a meal, rest assured that you will have everything you need in the luxurious kitchen at Juliet. There are two refrigerators and two dishwashers in the kitchen and you will also be invited to take advantage of the double oven so you can prepare an amazing holiday meal.

Juliet is an oceanfront beach house with an elevator so everyone can get around with ease. And when it comes to venturing outside to the beachfront, just follow the private walkway to the beach and in seconds your feet can be on the sand. The mild winter temperatures in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina allow you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the oceanfront. Nice long walks on the beach and a cocktail on the oceanfront balcony in the evening hours when the stars twinkle overhead are two great ways to savor these oceanfront accommodations.

In close proximity to this winter rental you can find shopping, dining and live entertainment theatres. Additionally, there are golf courses galore in the North Myrtle Beach area and they are open year round, so bring your clubs!
