What sets this place apart for me is the effort the hosts go to for providing me with access to good/high quality household amenities. The place is completely charming - with beautiful beach views and quick access to the waves. It's extremely clean and well-maintained, and it was hard to decide which place I liked to relax best - the rocking chair on the front balcony watching the sunrise, or the private screened-in back balcony with a reading nook. We like to cook and they had good quality pots and cooking utensils - not ones that you know are their rejects on last legs. It made our social dinners easy and fun, not requiring one of us running out to a store last-minute to buy a can opener. Looking forward to visiting again this summer!

This place was beautiful for our family’s getaway - well kept, clean, organized, has its own pool, steps from the incredible beach and close to all the shops, restaurants and mini putt you could ask for. It had everything our family needed to make beach going easy. Would stay again.

We decided as a family that the best gift we could give each other was Family time. The memories we make here are priceless. There is nothing to do but enjoy each other’s company, fun local spots (you cannot miss Crazy Mason), play games, swim in the pool, and walk to the beach every day. Everything has been thought of, and our stay was extraordinary.

We decided to head to the beach for our spring break and stayed at 103 Holly Place. The accommodations were perfect! Ample room for 7 of us including plenty of beds for everyone. The unit was clean, there were plenty of kitchen wares, the linen package was well worth it. The kids loved playing shuffle board and arcade games. We spent all of our time at the beach which is just a short walk from the unit itself. The location is perfect not to far from putt-putt, ice cream, gift shops, as well as grocery stores. Short drive to downtown areas both north and south Myrtle Beach. Highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be back with my family.

We had an incredible vacation at this property with our three kids and our friends! Plenty of room for all nine people, very close to the beach with a convenient walkway, and everything you need is close by. Shuffleboard table was great entertainment and the place was well-stocked. You can tell the owners love this place and take great care of it! Highly recommend.

Excellent location! Walk to beach, bars, restaurants. Slept eight comfortably. Full house, but still quiet and felt spacious. Well furnished, cool games. We loved our trip!

The stay at the condo was excellent. The condo was very spacious and had all the amenities that a family or a group of friends would need for a vacation. The kitchen has all up-to-date appliances and everything you would need to cook for a family and or friends; it also has shuffleboard and other games just in case the weather isn't cooperating. The best aspect is that the condo is just a few blocks from the beach, so going for a run or a stroll on the beach is super convenient. The condo was also walking distance to restaurants and bars. Can't wait to come back!

What a great find! The place was huge and clean, perfect for large families or group vacations! Great location too, you can walk to a beautiful beach with flat sand and no rocks. Restaurants everywhere, close to Barefoot Landing and so many great breakfast joints. They have tons of toys for kids and grownups alike. Felt like they had 50 beds! Ok, not that many, everyone was VERY comfortable. Definitely will be back!

Great Condo in a Great Location! Easy walk to the beach on a dedicated pathway. All 4 bedrooms rooms were newly furnished. Kitchen was well-equipped with nice appliances. All the comforts of home let us to enjoy the vacation care free!

This property really exceeded our expectations. With views of the ocean from both balconies and a super easy walk, we didn't feel like we weren't 'ocean front'. The thoughtful little amenities were a great touch: Shuffleboard, Corn Hole, Ms. Pacman, etc. Clean and Stylish as well. Definitely will be back.

We had the most wonderful time at Dare to Dream after Christmas with our dear friends and their family. Each room was equipped with all that we needed for our stay. Our girls especially loved the full size and queen size beds and we had a friendly competition on who could get the highest score on Mrs. Pac-Man. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals each night. The balcony’s are roomy and provided a great place to read, drink coffee in the morning, and play cards and chat in the evening. Short walk to the beach and we even saw dolphins playing in the waves one day. One of our highlights was playing kickball on the beach. Great place and wonderful owners who are organized and responsive. We will be back!
